I strive to understand how to create an ecosystem where a vision or a mission can grow horizontally connecting multiple people interested in pushing for their endeavour. One case I’m proud of is @squatter_globe who while approaching @sewer_it saw that one of our main business models was creating events and we were having difficulties scaling up. So he created #squatterslab essentially tooling the event creation part of our community offering us a service to have us profit and share it with them, as a form of investment in sewer and his personal dream project while nurturing a Vertical sector of our members that was much interest in installations. This also led to some of our core team members to be able to delegate those tasks and focus on legal, road map and software development. So I would say there is a 3rd choice between being having an independent or dependent mission. The possibility of being your own self and build your tooling with independence while growing with a larger ecosystem that supports your vision as much as you support theirs. This is the visions align and there is space for healthy compromise from both parts.

Been so stressed lately Finding solace in this holographic street sign in Korea and the voice of our @NFT__cc co founder @squatter_globe I cannot believe that exhaustion would have derived mainly from having to legally and emotionally protect ourselves, our ideas, our energy. 60% of my time now is about worrying if parties will respect deals, if partners will respect our network and if our community will respect our clients… Really need to have this year settled down and take a couple months in slow mode, looking forward to nurture the next generation of @sewer_it leaders

🚫How it feels to constantly deliver on the promise of bottom up art, #decentralisation & community owned businesses… Just to have Italian peers consulting for @Poseidon_SF call you an #anarchist and de-budget you from a pre agreed commitment for a show in Lugano.. @patrickamadon recently tweeted that good art that is culture generating, it is commonly target of hate and won’t be understood till later. I was coming to do a 8k show for free, just asked for travel and housing expenses for the tech team which I was paying for production and execution (production started 2 weeks ago by the way). I believe this here is the moment where our creative differences separate us. To all friends going to Lugano and the organising team (which actually stood up for me), have your bitter sweet fun in a play park paid by people waving flags of a culture they do not understand the meaning of.
