i think it's terrible for independent labels. losing that small amount of income per track across thousands of tracks in a large label catalogue will amount to a few hundred dollars less per month, which small labels like ours can't afford to lose
This is insane.
Looks like Facebook did a man-in-the-middle attack using their VPN service to steal data from other apps. This enabled them to see all SSL traffic, by creating a fake digital certificate to impersonate Snapchat, YouTube, Amazon etc.
Seriously?
If you needed yet another reason not to trust VPN providers or proxy services...
Here Facebook partnered with a bunch of companies to have root certificates installed on people's phones so they could intercept other app's traffic.
