A New York Police Chief has been placed on leave after his girlfriend assaulted a minor and gets knocked out for it.
Binghamton Police Chief Joseph Zikuski’s girlfriend, Susan Rice, is heard calling the teens “Section 8” and saying, “We are the police!” before the physical portion of the confrontation.
After getting knocked out, Chief Zikuski is seen trying to pick-up his girlfriend.
