β Tracking too many KPIs: if everything is important, nothing is
β KPIs that cannot drive action: what do you DO when this metric drops?
β No owner: every KPI needs one person accountable for it
π§ Tactical KPIs: team or project level (e.g. Email CTR, Support Ticket Resolution Time)
