Meet Victor, the last Guardian, in a world where ancient shields are failing and darkness is rising.
Instead of standard 3D, I went for a hand-painted 2.5D aesthetic with vibrating grease-pencil outlines and heavy texture painting.
Massive thanks to @invideoOfficial for supporting me with the credits to make this happen 🙏.
Here's the official breakdown of how I made my short film with Invideo Agent One below ⤵️
Agent_S
A short film set in a near-future world where intelligence agencies operate beyond the boundaries of what is publicly known, handling threats that governments won't acknowledge and situations that conventional operatives cannot resolve.

AI gave solo creators the production capability of a small studio.
The ones treating it like a content machine will burn out in a year. The ones treating it like a studio will still be here in ten.

The craziest part about AI right now is the fact we’re still early.
Most people are still using these tools at surface level. The real creative wave hasn’t even started yet. Lol
AI animation isn't hard.
You're probably just making it harder than it needs to be.
I made this animated short in under an hour using @SeaArt_Ai and a simple workflow I call:
"The Cut Method"
No complicated workflows.
No dozens of tools.
No advanced editing.
Just character sheets, one environment, and a series of connected Seedance clips.

Anyone can make a pretty image.
Almost nobody can make the same face twice.
That one problem consumed me for weeks. Consistency is what separates content from a brand. I had to crack it before anything else.
I spent weeks studying AI influencers.
Most of them failed for the same reason:
they looked like AI.
Too perfect.
Too glossy.
No personality.
No consistency.
So, instead of creating “AI Characters”…
I started building a real creative system.
I genuinely think advertising is about to change forever.
I created this campaign for Savette(a bag brand) in minutes using AI workflows and digital talent.
What used to require:
production crews
locations
expensive shoots
can now be explored creatively at insane speed.

Small brands are about to gain access to campaign quality that used to be locked behind massive budgets.
That shift is going to create some very interesting brands.

I've been experimenting with a new campaign character lately after creating Ava...
Her name’s Layla.
