We are thrilled that our FLEXIQuant-LF paper has been accepted @eLife. This software maps and quantifies post translationally modified peptides without the use of heavy labelled standards. This expands FLEXIQuant to label-free large-scale proteomics data.elifesciences.org/articles/5…
