Couple of panels arrived damanged, no big deal the supplier is sending replacements, but they won't take these damaged ones away, I don't know how to despose of them, the local recycling center won't take them and it's illegal to send them to landfill under WEEE laws, any ideas?

Misrepresenting a diagnosis to gain access to the patient's body for a surgery they did not consent to is an act of bad faith. It demonstrates that the surgeon knew the patient would refuse the actual procedure, so they engineered a deception to circumvent the patient's will.
