Almost 1 in 10 kids today are diagnosed with ADHD. The only option they're given is powerful pharmaceuticals, which they may be dependent on their entire lives. Before you go that route, I recommend you try these 10 proven, non-drug interventions:

Before the keynote at Intel Vision, Intel CEO @PGelsinger walked around and shook hands with folks in the audience. He's an inspiring gentleman and I believe he is leading Intel on the right path for the future. @ocuvera is betting on it! #IntelON

I just attended Intel Vision 2022 and I walked away more impressed and excited than I have been in over a decade about the future of technology. Intel is doing so many incredible things at the forefront of AI and we are going to bet Ocuvera's future on Intel technology. #IntelON

Lessons for young men: 1. No one will save you 2. You are owed nothing 3. You get what you work for 4. No one else will do it for you 5. There is plenty of time in the day The sooner you internalize, the better. Every day that passes is one you'll never get back (thread)

Had a deep conversation with my 6 yr old about bravery. He thought if you are nervous or terrified, then you aren't brave. As he began to understand that bravery is about action, fear is an emotion, and the two can coexist, I saw his confidence grew before my eyes.

I've made a concerted effort to improve my physical, mental, and emotional health. I made a choice to be happier, healthier, and a better person. I have a long way to go, but the quantifiable changes are clear. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to take this journey.

Along the way, I've met some wonderful people who have been inspiring and motivational. I hope I will be able to give to them as they've given to me. If you are stuck in a rut, just pick one small thing to change and give it focus a few minutes each day. The change will happen.

Before exercising and a new diet, I averaged 7 hr 2 min of sleep over a 4 month period. The last two months I've averaged 5 hr 49 min. I wake up naturally probably 85% of the time, so this appears to be my body just not needing as much sleep now. 25 years ago I slept 4-5 hours.

For 28 years I've had pain in my hands/wrists. It reached a point where I could hardly type and any pressure was excruciating. 6 months ago I switched to a 95% whole plant-based diet. Now the pain is gone, very little stiffness, and I just tested my typing at 83 wpm.

Day 8 of not being able to do any meaningful physical exercise because of a back injury. Historically I have not exercised, but started several months ago. Interesting how fast my body and mind got accustomed to it. Now I miss it and am antsy to get back to it.

You must love without expecting anything in return; otherwise it's not truly love. You must respect without expecting anything in return; otherwise you don't truly respect them. You must speak honestly without expecting a pat on the back; otherwise you aren't truly being honest.

There isn't enough emphasis on ethics in startups. It's disheartening to see so much blatant lying by companies in their press releases, web sites, and even customer meetings.

Contrast that with a customer meeting I was in last week. One of my team informed the customer he made a mistake on a piece of data, then showed the correct number. The customer: "But that makes your results look worse". Him: "I don't care. It was wrong." That's good culture.
