After @airindia messed up with incorrect auto emails about our lost bag, Praveen Sundesha from JDH ground staff went above and beyond to provide us with correct info and updates, and we got our bag back in 48 hours. Most times, it’s people which provide CX, not computers.

#hiring on a Seller's Market. Should that preclude candidates from actually reading the job requirements? There's a lot of bad happening in the recruiting process, but sloppiness and lack of consideration seem to be the recurring ones.
