1. There was nothing stopping us building new hospitals before brexit 2. If Farage had bothered to do his job as a MEP we would have had plenty of clams before 3. Torquay is shit 4. None of the rest of that shit matters
That Lorraine woman. Moaning about queuing to get into Spain because of Brexit. Why go to Spain anyway when you’ve got Torquay?🀨 Brexit has given you: More clams 40 new hospitals Lovely blue UK passports Straight bananas Pints of wine GET A GRIP WOMAN! 😑

This is so true! I typically charge players 100gp/spell level any material components consumed for magical services like healing, identify etc My frostmaiden group paid dearly for robbing a tomb and getting cursed by the items they found there!

Anyone emasculated by this has incredibly fragile masculinity
okay I have a question for the men, and answer honestly your woman makes you a candlelight dinner of roasted venison that she harvested herself. Is this awesome, or are you emasculated?

The fact that on my timeline at the moment I am simultaneously seeing people saying that this isn't really a Labour victory as much as it is a Tory defeat as labour's vote share didn't really go up that much, and that the Greens and Reform for the same number of seats, so should

Get the same media coverage regardless of vote share, really show me how broken our electoral system is. There needs to be a closer link between vote share and number of seats won

This is incredibly satisfying

Much as I'm glad the Tories are going to lose, I'm very concerned about the swing to Reform. It's not just 13 seats (possibly), it's coming second in Sunderland and I suspect a lot of other Labour and Tory heartlands. There's a serious undertone of racism in this country.

That exit poll is astonishing. This is historic 410 seats to labour. 131 to the tories. That's a massacre 13 to reform, which is disappointing

I worked out the secret meaning behind the railing in #TheAcolyte episode 6: it represents all the things Qimir wants to do to Osha Protect her Control her ... Rail her

I just took my non-existant 93 year old gran to vote, and as she went into the booth she said "Hasbro are terrible custodians of DND and the ttrpg hobby in general" and everyone cheered

It's election Day in the UK, so UK followers, don't forget to vote, unless you're planning on voting Tory or Reform, in which case the election is actually next week, this one is just a practice and votes cast today don't count, so you needn't bother

Honestly this is the most unhinged response. It's completely factually untrue. Every word. Sure pulp fantasy is where ttrpgs started and the biggest games were born from it, but let's not pretend that pulp fantasy is the reason ttrpgs are so successful.
Replying to @stiripos @ejemek3
The first has created a multibillion dollar industry that gave us dozens if not hundreds of different settings and stories. The second made that industry unprofitable. Thats why.

Making some bullshit culture war about it isn't going to help. There is space in the industry for multitudes and it is stronger for having a diversity of voices and perspectives. That means some games and some tables aren't going to be for you

So play the games that suit you and let everyone else play the games that suit them. The bad guys are not the people pretending to be fantasy baristas, it's the people who declare the hobby "under monetized", but they're not on Twitter
