Today Hon'ble Supreme Court of India admitted
@AalayamKaappom 's Special Leave Petition against TN Govt and
@tnhrcedept 's long time practice of illegally taking Crores and Crores of temple funds to the Common Good Fund without following the procedure as per LAW -
Hon'ble Supreme Court taking up the petition has issued notice - to the TN Govt and Commissioner of the
@tnhrcedept - The Hon'ble judges observed that temple funds cannot be taken by coercion - temple funds can be spent only for charitable purposes - not to buy luxury items -
