I've dealt with scores of trades and companies in my life but nothing touches @WeAreOpenreach for utter incompetence, lack of attention, and unprofessionalism. They have a virtual monopoly on the market, yet there's no way of directly complaining about this. They are a disgrace.

Why does @lambeth_council ONLY (it seems) collect our recycling bin at Holy Trinity Church Trinity Rise, after I make a complaint? It gets done for a week or two then I have to complain again. #iwantarefund

What is it with @ups ? Because they're a global company they seem incapable of making a local phone call to talk about why they are totally incapable of collecting a parcel. #shambles

Do @DEWALT_UK ever answer the phone? I'm trying to contact them re a serious #healthandsafety issue with one of their table saws. 15 minutes of listening to Mozart over the phone with no indication of a queue or anyone actually there doesn't build confidence.
