If they'd done their job properly over the last 20 years instead of letting the housing stock degrade to the point of near-unliveability, this would be a cheaper situation to resolve. But they genuinely do not understand the concept of investing to save.

Today @RachelReevesMP and @SergiiMarchenk3 signed the UK-Ukraine Bilateral Agreement to deliver £2.26bn of new funding to Ukraine, part of a G7 scheme.
