Well, that Trump mugshot can’t be what his enemies hoped for. Looks more like a pic from GQ photoshoot than from basement of Fulton County courthouse. He’ll use it as campaign illustration. Does he have friends in Georgia law enforcement?

This absolutely not true. The temperature being reported is AIR temperature above ground (over 1 metre ), not the GROUND temperature. Ground temperature will have been even higher in many of those locations, well in excess of 50°.

Hard to be attracted to the Swedish approach to #COVID19. It’s had a worse or similar economic hit to Aust & other Nordic countries & yet has suffered a far higher level of deaths per capita.I suspect the impact of the deaths & self regulation more than offset the softer shutdown

In Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and many other countries, SCHOOLS ARE OPEN WITH NO PROBLEMS. The Dems think it would be bad for them politically if U.S. schools open before the November Election, but is important for the children & families. May cut off funding if not open!

Standing two metres apart reduces the risk of transmission - it doesn't remove. 650 people standing in a queue two metres apart from each other undeniably risks transmission significantly more than the alternatives.
