The dude took ~20 years and $20B of raised capital to figure out how to make < 2 million cars/year and they're still one of the least precise and least efficient OEM in that space. You think he can ace 2nm precision in less than 40 years & $200B in capital? What a joke! $TSLA

$TSLAQ You see if we just assume we can produce leading edge (2nm) chips that can run much hotter than normal chips & survive the radiation environ of space then the skeptics were wrong about how much radiator area we need! Otherwise, not much detail in this puffery...

$TSLAQ Awesome on the ground data for us. So many times Tesla promised big projects w/o the Capex & R&D spending ever materializing. The SpaceX spending IS happening. So the Funding needs will actually follow! @BradMunchen youtube.com/watch?v=MCrATrk9…

$TSLA bested by a Buick of all things🤣 But look at the prices on this thing! The idea that Lidar would be too expensive to scale for autonomous fleets to be viable is clearly wrong. Musk made the wrong bet! $GM wins!

$TSLA might finally be producing their own LFP cells... Right as CATL Naxtra sodium-ion batteries hit the market at comparable energy density, half the cost, and three times the charge cycle durability. Classic Tesla/Musk always skating to where the puck was...

The case for $TSLA to trade above what is basically zero vs the current market cap was subsidies and immunity. Those seem to be gone now. $TSLAQ

How the TF is it $MSFT inventing a practical topological superconductor? If this is real, then how did Intel, TSMC et al miss it? WTF is going on here?
A couple reflections on the quantum computing breakthrough we just announced... Most of us grew up learning there are three main types of matter that matter: solid, liquid, and gas. Today, that changed. After a nearly 20 year pursuit, we’ve created an entirely new state of matter, unlocked by a new class of materials, topoconductors, that enable a fundamental leap in computing. It powers Majorana 1, the first quantum processing unit built on a topological core. We believe this breakthrough will allow us to create a truly meaningful quantum computer not in decades, as some have predicted, but in years. The qubits created with topoconductors are faster, more reliable, and smaller. They are 1/100th of a millimeter, meaning we now have a clear path to a million-qubit processor. Imagine a chip that can fit in the palm of your hand yet is capable of solving problems that even all the computers on Earth today combined could not! Sometimes researchers have to work on things for decades to make progress possible. It takes patience and persistence to have big impact in the world. And I am glad we get the opportunity to do just that at Microsoft. This is our focus: When productivity rises, economies grow faster, benefiting every sector and every corner of the globe. It’s not about hyping tech; it’s about building technology that truly serves the world.
Community note
Microsoft's supporting paper, published in Nature, does not support the claim that they have created a topological qubit. nature.com/articles/s4158… Peer reviewers of the Nature paper expressed concern that the paper misleadingly implies that a topological qubit was demonstrated or otherwise achieved: static-content.springer.com/esm/art:10.1…

Time to short oil? Venezuela to ditch socialism? They invite Exxon in and they could add millions of barrels a day to the market. It'll take a few years, but we have a recession on the horizon? $WTI

$TSLA The same error that killed Walter Huang. They settled the lawsuit, but six years later and they still haven't fixed it!
Please be careful and never let your guard down while using Tesla’s FSD. The terms are very clear when you turn it on: “FSD requires a fully attentive driver who is ready to take immediate action at all times.” You absolutely need to pay attention!! Even the latest version 12.3.6, which is very good, can be very dangerous. I was testing in Chicago on Lower Wacker Dr two weeks ago and FSD almost killed me. It was going to drive straight into a barrier at 22mph. It could have caused a serious accident. This happened not just once, but twice. Second time going 27mph. Since I haven’t been able to get any replies or feedback from the Autopilot team whenever I submit data like this, I’m tagging all of the relevant people. This is in hopes to raise awareness so that this can be fixed and accidents prevented in the future. 🙏 @Tesla_AI @tesla @aelluswamy @elonmusk Full video here: youtu.be/viTZIAbzgUs

$GME and $AMC going nuts likely means it's a good time to short #Bitcoin. Last time we could all see it from a mile away, but most didn't act b/c there wasn't a good way to do it w/o your counterparty being some slimy crypto exchange. Not anymore!
