HOW ABEOKUTA WAS FOUNDED Abeokuta was founded in 1830 by warriors like: LAMODI-Who initiated the move to ABEOKUTA was then the BALOGUN of EGBA,- He died on the way and never made it to the promised land ABEOKUTA. SODEKE-Who was then the SERIKI of EGBA led the fleeing EGBAs to ABEOKUTA in 1830 after the death of LAMODI. SODEKE’s father was from Iporo but his mother,EFUWON,was from Gbagura. ABEOKUTA was founded in 1830 by the refugees from Egba forest. The name of the town was derived from the protection which the fleeing settlers sought under the ROCK known as OLUMO. Olumo which interprets in YORUBA as OLU fi mo, or OLUWA fi mo.OLU or OLUWA meaning GOD has put a stop to their suffering after fleeing from the inter-tribal war of between 1817 and 1830. They the EGBAs now settle under the OLUMO ROCK ,now call the Town – ABEOKUTA meaning under the ROCK. OLUMO ROCK is now a world class tourist centre in ABEOKUTA, Ogun State capital. OLUMO offered a significant protection for the EGBAs from the possible attacks from their enemies. ABEOKUTA which was founded in 1830 was as a result of the inter-tribal war which broke out due to an incident at APOMU Market now in the Irewolede Local Government area of Osun State. LAMODI, a warrior of note was credited with the initiative for the migration to ABEOKUTA, Although he didn't see the promised land because he died on the way.He was at the time the BALOGUN of the EGBA people. SODEKE,who was then the SERIKI of the EGBA took over after LAMODI’s death and led the first wave of migration to ABEOKUTA in 1830. Bringing up the rear of the migrants to Abeokuta were the Owu people in about the year 1834. Some other settlers also came later. On settling in Abeokuta, each community continued its main occupation of farming, cultivating mainly food crops and a few cash crops, notably cotton, palm-trees,and kola-nuts. Between 1830 and the turn of the century, the settlers in Abeokuta were forced into fighting several wars, they creditably proved their mettle In 1832,the Ijebu Remo people provoked the new settlers into taking arms against several Ijebu Remo towns in a war called OWIWI WAR. In 1834, the Ibadan people also challenged the Egbas to a war which resulted in the defeat of the Ibadan army in what was known as the battle of ARAKANGA.

American: So there are terrorists causing problems in your country, right? Nigerian: Yes. American: That's terrible. Is the government at least doing something about it? Nigerian: Well, our president addressed the issue. American: Oh. What did he say? Nigerian: He spoke about the law of lawf in the holy book American: ...The law of love? Nigerian: I guess American: Okay. Did you send the military after them? Nigerian: Hmm... at times. American: What do you mean "at times"? Nigerian: Sometimes we've heard the military went after them. In some cases, the terrorists ended up killing military personnel. American: Wait. They killed your soldiers? Nigerian: Yes. American: Okay, so then your government retaliated and finished them off, right? Nigerian: Mm... nah. American: What do you mean "nah"? Nigerian: Well, our president also gave an example from the Bible about the prodigal son on how we should accept them with love. American: Hold on. The prodigal son? Nigerian: Yes. American: I'm confused. So you're telling me terrorists killed military personnel, and the response was a Bible lesson? Nigerian: Something like that. American: So you guys aren't doing anything? Nigerian: No, no. We're doing something. American: Okay. What are you doing? Nigerian: We're rehabilitating the ones we catch. American: You're... rehabilitating them? Nigerian: Yes. American: Not prosecuting them? Nigerian: Not according to our president, no. American: WTF WTF WTF Nigerian: I never even tell you anything, you don dey cry

Let me put you on to three platforms that can actually change your financial trajectory and pay you in dollars from the comfort of your room. 1. REMOTASKS: specializes in AI training and data annotation, with over 12,000 trained Nigerian workers already on the platform. For tasks without special skills, you can earn between ₦40,000 and ₦120,000 monthly. Payments come through PayPal or Payoneer, paid weekly, with a minimum withdrawal of around ₦4,000. 2. APPEN: Appen has been in operation for nearly three decades with a strong track record of on-time monthly payment through PayPal and bank transfer. Complete your contributor profile and qualify for projects like search engine evaluation through assessments. Earnings range $8 to $14 per hour depending on the project. 3. TOLOKA: A Lagos-based user reported earning over ₦350,000 in 8 months working 2 to 3 hours daily, with payments arriving on schedule. Tasks include labeling and content verification, completable from your phone or laptop. HOW TO START Set up a Payoneer account first. It is accepted by most of these platforms and converts dollars to naira efficiently through Nigerian bank transfer. Then go register directly on each platform's official website. A caveat: never pay any "registration fee" or "activation charge" on any of these platforms. Everything listed is completely free to apply. If anyone asks you for money to "set up your account," that is a scam. Multiple platforms work best. Use 2 or 3 to keep income steady. This is real dollar income from your phone or laptop. Stop scrolling. Go register. Above all, love God.

20 THINGS A LANDLORD SHOULD NEVER DO TO A TENANT Being a landlord does not make someone a king, and being a tenant does not make someone a slave. Once rent is paid and possession is handed over, the law expects both parties to respect each other's rights. 🥢Here are 20 things a landlord should never do: 🥢Enter a tenant's apartment without permission. 🥢Remove a tenant's roof, doors, or windows. 🥢Disconnect electricity to force a tenant out. 🥢Cut off water supply as punishment. 🥢Throw a tenant's belongings outside. 🥢Change the locks without due process. 🥢Use thugs to intimidate tenants. 🥢Harass tenants with constant threats. 🥢Increase rent arbitrarily without proper notice. 🥢Evict a tenant without following the law. 🥢Assault or verbally abuse a tenant. 🥢Invade a tenant's privacy. 🥢Demand rent that was not agreed upon. 🥢Seize a tenant's property over rent disputes. 🥢Lock common facilities out of spite. 🥢Refuse to carry out agreed repairs while collecting rent. 🥢Discriminate against tenants unfairly. 🥢Disturb tenants at unreasonable hours. 🥢Spread false stories about tenants. 🥢Take the law into their own hands. Many landlords are surprised to learn that even when a tenant owes rent, self-help is usually not the answer. The proper place to resolve disputes is through lawful procedures, not through force, intimidation, or harassment. A good landlord protects his property.A wise landlord respects the law.A great landlord respects both his property and his tenants. After all, today's landlord may become tomorrow's tenant. Some people don't even know that we have a law that regulate how tall the fence around your building can be. You just block everywhere so that we no go dey see inside your compound and you did not even give enough space to move around your compound too. If Government come for you tomorrow now, you go talk say dem dey target you. The Government can break your building down for not following this rule For those who are yet to build, pls take this information serous and don't make the mistakes others did Under most state building approval and physical panning The maximum allowable height for a front fence wall (the fence facing the street) is typically between 1.5 meters to 1.8 meters (approx. 5 to 6 feet) from the established ground level. FOR SPACE BETWEEN YOUR BUILDING AND THE FENCE, front, both sides and backyard FRONT For a standard residential building, there must be a minimum of 6 meters of airspace between the main building line and your front fence These 3-meter and 6-meter gaps are legally mandated as fire separation spaces and emergency access pathways. They ensure that if a building catches fire, the flames do not immediately jump to the neighbor's property, and it leaves enough physical clearance for emergency personnel to move around the structure. BOTH SUDES A minimum of 3 meters must be maintained between the building and the side fences. BACKYARD There must be a minimum of 6 meters of airspace between the main building line and your back fence too. If you don't obey this rule and Governance comes dor you one day Don't blame your village people oooooo Ignorance of the law is no excuse © Atanda

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, Study visa is the easiest legal relocation route for Nigerians and if you’re smart, you can start with ₦2M–₦5M. 1) 🇹🇷 TURKEY — the “fully funded” scholarship route (Bachelor Masters): Türkiye Scholarships Their scholarship covers major items like tuition, accommodation, health insurance. Application window (2026): Jan 10 – Feb 20, 2026 Turkey scholarship budget (entry only): • Passport documents: ₦150k • Embassy/visa logistics: ₦200k • Flight: ₦0 (often covered on fully funded routes; keep your own “just in case” aside) • Landing cash (1 month): ₦300k • Emergency buffer: ₦350k TOTAL: ₦1.0M – ₦1.3M (≈ $670 – $870) Non-scholarship route Turkey varies by school/program, but Turkey is usually chosen for affordability compared to Western Europe (your goal is: if scholarship misses, you still have a plan). Jobs that actually work with Turkey student life: hospitality, customer support, IT support, design/VA, logistics ops. 2) 🇭🇺 HUNGARY — the scholarship king for BOTH Bachelor Masters Scholarship route: Stipendium Hungaricum They list benefits such as tuition-free education, monthly stipend, accommodation contribution, medical insurance. (And yes, it covers Bachelor Master one-tier master.) Deadline (2026/27 call): 15 January 2026 Hungary scholarship budget (entry): • Passport documents: ₦150k • Visa/embassy logistics: ₦250k • Flight: ₦900k • Accommodation top-up (first month): ₦150k • Landing cash: ₦250k • Buffer: ₦200k TOTAL: ₦1.90M (≈ $1,267) Non-scholarship route Hungary paid tuition varies; Hungary is BEST used as scholarship-first. Job-heavy courses: nursing/health, IT, engineering, supply chain, data. 3) 🇬🇷 GREECE — the “under €2k tuition” country Nigerians don’t talk about non-scholarship route (this is why Greece is hot) Non EU tuition in Greece is around €1,500–€2,000 per year for many Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. That’s ₦2.48M–₦3.30M/year (≈ $1,650–$2,200). Greece paid-tuition budget (Bachelor/Masters): • Tuition (1 year): €1,500–€2,000 = ₦2.48M–₦3.30M • Passport docs: ₦150k • Visa/embassy: ₦250k • Flight: ₦900k • Accommodation (1 month shared): ₦500k • Insurance/admin: ₦150k • Buffer: ₦300k TOTAL: ₦4.73M – ₦5.55M To stay under ₦5M, target €1,500 tuition cheaper flight timing. Scholarship route Greece has official scholarship information via IKY for foreign citizens (varies by call/year). Jobs that match Greece student life: hospitality/tourism, retail, customer service, logistics support, remote work. 4) 🇷🇴 ROMANIA — the “under $2k tuition” route: 1 year upfront Non-scholarship route A typical English MSc for non-EU around €2,000/year. Romania paid-tuition budget (1 year upfront): • Tuition (1 year upfront): $1,500–$2,000 = ₦2.25M–₦3.00M (aligned with ~€2,000 typical) • Passport docs translations: ₦200k • Visa/embassy: ₦250k • Flight: ₦900k • Accommodation (1 month shared): ₦450k • Insurance/admin: ₦150k • Buffer: ₦400k TOTAL: ₦4.60M – ₦5.35M Scholarship route Romania scholarship routes are strongest when you’re willing to study in Romanian (or take a prep year). Scholarship/language is your “cheap hack.” Jobs that match Romania: healthcare support, warehouse/logistics, hospitality, IT support. 5) 🇭🇷 CROATIA — affordable tuition exists as long as you avoid medicine Tuition varies by program, but many non-med programs around €1,000–€4,000/year. Croatia’s official scholarship calls exist but are often mobility/bilateral focused. Non-scholarship route. Pick low-fee programs Croatia paid budget (target €1,000–€2,000 tuition to stay under ₦5M): • Tuition (1 year): €1,000–€2,000 = ₦1.65M–₦3.30M • Passport docs: ₦150k • Visa/embassy: ₦250k • Flight: ₦1.05M • Accommodation (1 month shared): ₦600k • Insurance/admin: ₦150k • Buffer: ₦300k TOTAL: ₦4.10M – ₦5.80M

🚨 List Of STDs That Can Still Be Transmitted Even If You Use Condoms Correctly: Many people believe condoms provide 100% protection against every sexually transmitted disease. They don't. While condoms significantly reduce the risk of many STDs, some infections can still be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact with areas not covered by the condom. Here are some examples: 🔹 HPV (Human Papillomavirus) Can spread through contact with infected skin around the genital area. 🔹 Herpes (HSV-1 & HSV-2) Can be transmitted through skin contact, even when there are no visible sores. 🔹 Syphilis Can spread if a syphilis sore is located outside the area protected by the condom. 🔹 Molluscum Contagiosum A viral skin infection that can be passed through direct skin-to-skin contact. 🔹 Pubic Lice (Crabs) Can spread through close physical contact and body hair. 🔹 Scabies Caused by tiny mites that spread through prolonged skin-to-skin contact. Condoms remain one of the most effective ways to reduce the risk of HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and several other sexually transmitted infections. Condoms reduce risk, but they don't eliminate it completely. Regular testing, knowing your partner's status, and practicing safe sex are just as important as using protection.

Banks turned $1,000 into $600,000 in just one year. Let me explain what actually happened and how you can position yourself to do the same thing. First, you need to understand what an ICO is. ICO stands for Initial Coin Offering. Think of it like a company selling shares before it goes public on the stock market, except instead of shares, they are selling tokens. When a crypto project wants to raise money to build their product, they sell their token early at a low price. The people who buy in early get in cheap and if the project does well and the token goes up in value, those early investors make a lot of money. That is the basic idea. The problem for years was that only VCs and wealthy insiders got access to these early deals. By the time regular people heard about a project, the price had already gone up and the insiders were already in profit. Platforms like Echo and Legion exist to fix that. Now let me show you what is possible when you get access. LAB Terminal that returned over 600x for @Mrbankstips was on Legion. Another one called Sonar's XPL token sale hit a 33.78x return at its all-time high. To put that in simple terms, someone who put in $1,000 on the ICO walked away with over $600,000. That is what early access looks like in practice. Here are some of the platforms where you can get early access to rounds 1) @echodotxyz Echo works like a group investment club. A lead investor who has done their research says I found a good deal and opens a pool. You follow them, put in your money alongside theirs, and everyone gets into the deal at the same early price. 2) @legiondotcc Legion works differently. Instead of following someone into a deal, you build your own reputation on the platform and that reputation determines how much access you get. The platform looks at how active you are in the crypto space, your on-chain history, your participation in the ecosystem, and gives you a score. The better your score, the better your allocation. Both platforms are doing the same thing. Giving regular people access to deals that used to belong only to insiders. How to spot good projects on these platforms: • Look at who is leading the investment. If credible and experienced people are putting their money in, that means something • Research the team. Have they built anything before? Do they have real experience? • Check the valuation at launch. If the fully diluted value is very high compared to what is actually circulating, be careful • See who else is investing alongside you. Serious names in a round change the risk profile • Check how long the team's tokens are locked up. If they can sell immediately after launch, that is a red flag • Look for proof that people are already using the product before the token exists • Do not rely on one source of information. Always dig deeper The opportunity is real. But getting access without knowing what you are doing is just an expensive way to learn a lesson. Learn first. Then move. As you were. ❤️🦅

When grace finds you even your friends will not believe the miracle
There is this 28yrs old girl I spoke about few weeks ago. Her Boyfriend and her were in a long distance relationship. She is in her HND in Auchi Poly while the boyfriend works in a good office in Benin City. The boy has been given her attitude since December last year. She been the one begging to make the relationship work and everything. Last week we discovered the boy has impregnated another girl and the girl was living with him hence he’s been acting up. Well, it was painful and heartbreaking for her so my wife requested she come to Benin and she’s been with us since last week. On Sunday evening, a Son of mine called me from the UK that he was sending his mom to me. When mama came she met this girl cooking so after we’ve eaten and everything she told me her son asked her to come tell me that the Family has agreed that I should help the Son with a wife. They said they want someone like my wife. Then she asked me if this girl was in a relationship because she cooked so well and she knows her, they’re all members of our church. I simply called the girl for her to ask her herself and as mama asked; she started crying and explained everything to mama. Even mama was crying and was begging me to give her to the son. Mama called her son immediately and told her she’s found a wife for her. I was still processing everything when the boy called me and said he wants to take over everything about her saying the mom told him that both of them are last born child from their families. The girl is still in my place but there’s no one hour that mama will not call to check up on her Long story short, Today mama first son in US called to appreciate me that they’ve never seen their mother this happy. The elder brother says they want to change her apartment from a one bedroom to a 3bedroom and they plan coming to Nigeria in December for introduction. The girl has been crying that she doesn’t understands what is happening but I just told her to enjoy GRACE. My son has called me like 5 times from UK since Morning and on each occasion he’s so visibly happy. Just this evening he sent me 100k to give to her for get snacks for herself.😂😂 I have seen God do Miracles but this is another Level.😂😂
