Canada knows, Canada just doesn't care.
TD report on CANADA's BRAIN DRAIN is really interesting. Canada is quietly losing its top talent to the United States in what economists call a silent brain drain. While Canada does a strong job educating highly skilled workers in STEM, engineering, and entrepreneurship, it struggles to keep them due to higher taxes that kick in at much lower income levels, limited opportunities to scale companies, weaker commercialization of ideas, and much better pay and growth potential south of the border. -> Talent leaves mainly through temporary US work visas rather than permanent moves -> Outflows are heavily concentrated among the highest skilled, especially in tech and advanced degrees -> Onward migration is worst among immigrants and top university graduates -> Canada has a missing middle of medium sized firms, relying instead on many tiny businesses and a few large ones -> Personal tax rates often exceed 50 percent in major provinces and apply at much lower thresholds than in the US -> Complex corporate tax rules push entrepreneurs toward tax planning instead of growth All of this weakens productivity, innovation, and domestic returns on education, making Canada a feeder system for the US economy REPORT: economics.td.com/ca-silent-b…

Thank you everyone who used and supported @neutron__me. I hope it was able to help you in many ways, and also with more understanding of why Bitcoin.
Today, Neutron’s services have come to an end. This wasn’t an easy call. We’ve been sitting with it for a while, and honestly, it’s tough to write this. When we started, the goal was simple bring Bitcoin and Lightning into Southeast Asia in a way that actually worked. Not just talk, but real usage, real payments, real infrastructure people could rely on. Looking back, we’re proud of what we managed to do. We were early, we pushed hard, and we got to work with some great people along the way. The space here has come a long way, and we’d like to think we played a small part in that. To everyone who used Neutron, supported us, or built alongside us, thank you. It meant more than you probably realized. Really appreciate it. We still believe in where Bitcoin and Lightning are going, especially in this region. That hasn’t changed. Just the chapter. ⚡

So much decentralization, it needs to be frozen, or have council send it to a black hole address. 😬

ARBITRUM RECOVERS $70.9M FROM KELPDAO EXPLOITER The Arbitrum Security Council just removed $70.97M ETH from the KelpDAO Exploiter’s addresses. They sent it to the address 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000DA0 North Korea stole the money and Arbitrum stole it back.

This would be hilarious if Trump actually did this.
Trump Should Freeze Carney’s U.S. Assets. @realDonaldTrump @elonmusk

You can't blend in technology with human psychology; which he's very good at. The game theory with humans has a predictable statistical outcome, and he's trying to do that with Bitcoin technology, that doesn't work.

Professor Jiang Xueqin claims bitcoin was created by the CIA. "Why would you spend years, possibly decades, in your basement creating a new technology and then just give it for free to the world? That makes no sense." "When you do game theory analysis, you look at all possibilities, you end up with the deep state. You end up with the CIA."

IRAN JUST BECAME THE BIGGEST BITCOIN BUYER ON EARTH Iran charges $2M in Bitcoin per ship to cross Hormuz At $72,000 per $BTC, each ship = 27.7 BTC ~130 ships cross daily For context: Miners produce 450 $BTC/day Iran earns 3,601 $BTC/day That's 8x the entire daily mining supply MicroStrategy took 4 years to stack 500K $BTC Iran could do it in 5 months... with a toll booth

To all finance experts that said Bitcoin would go to zero and have no value or be used for anything. How about that oil.
🇮🇷 Iran is charging $2M per ship to cross the Strait of Hormuz and they want it in Bitcoin. 😳 At $72,000 per $BTC, each ship = 27.7 BTC. Pre-crisis, 130 ships crossed daily. • Daily: 3,611 BTC • Monthly: 108,333 BTC • Yearly: 1.3 million BTC The entire Bitcoin network only mines 450 BTC per day. Iran would accumulate 8x the monthly mining supply. Every month. A sanctioned nation building a Bitcoin treasury through a toll booth. This is the most important geopolitical Bitcoin story nobody is talking about. 🔥

No one talking about Qwen 3.6 plus? Definitely one of the better models of Minimax, Kimi, and GLM imo.

Agents already have access to browsers, APIs, memory, reasoning, and workflows. What they still lack is a native way to move money. Until that layer exists, most “autonomous” systems remain incomplete. They can generate decisions, but they cannot reliably complete transactions. That is why payment infrastructure matters so much in the AI stack. Neutron is building the programmable wallet and settlement layer agents need to participate in real economic activity.

NEW WEBSITE TRACKS FROZEN STABLECOINS New website stables.rip is an on-chain record of stablecoin censorship. Tracks every USDC and USDT freeze across Ethereum and TRON in real time, including wallet lookups, freeze stats, and cumulative supply data. Stablecoins come with a kill switch. Unlike BTC, USDC and USDT are issued by private companies with privileged access to their smart contracts. That means any wallet can be frozen at any time. So what is a freeze? Issuers like Circle and Tether control master keys. With a single function call, they can blacklist an address and permanently lock all funds held there. Who gets targeted? Sanctioned entities, law enforcement requests, flagged activity, and sometimes errors. The process is opaque, with no clear appeal path. Over $2.1B has already been frozen across Ethereum and TRON, each instance executed by a centralized authority in a single transaction. Your stablecoins aren’t truly yours. Your Bitcoin in cold storage is.

Hearing a lot about this MPP by Stripe and Tempo. You know what's better than another permission and intranet blockchain. The internet, everyone is on it already. Just use it...

It'll be a new version of your mobile device with the ability to use multiple services at once, not just one app/service at a time like we do today. The human layer is getting extracted from the process. you'll just command a custom output, or desired outcome.
