This is Pommel Horse specialist Stephen Nedoroscik. He didn’t move from his spot for two hours while he simply waited for his one special moment. He mentioned that he is cross-eyed and that he can inexplicably switch his dominant eye. Before his routine, Nedoroscik removed his glasses. He told "TODAY" that if he kept his glasses on, they would fly off mid-routine. And now because of him, we won our first medal in gymnastics in 16 years.

Such a great partnership between The Atlas Foundation Ocean View and Masipumele High Schools. Thank you @JasonLeonard114 - though clearly I could do with some coaching too …

Hi all! Right, I’ll get to it. I’ve bitten the bullet and agreed to pay Rocket Man for the (((privilege))) to use his app 🙄. So here’s my plan. Each month I’ll be picking a charitable organisation connected to the game of rugby that I would like to support. Every penny I make from my silly tweets (above my monthly sub costs) will go to this charity. That’s a promise. Not thought through exactly how I’ll pick yet, and I may leave it to you all, so feel free to suggest charities or causes in rugby that are near and dear to you. Might take me a bit of time to get my head around the mechanics of monetisation / if it’s even possible. But from those I’ve spoken to, this is (if it works) a genuinely viable way of raising a few bob. We’re probably a bit late for October. So November’s charity, therefore, will be The Kolisi Foundation. I’ll make a separate post on who they are and what they do in due course. Thanks for the support. Let’s hopefully do a bit of good together! Cheers AP

The Springboks won last night. But the kid who picks up a rugby ball today for the first time - that’s South Africa’s victory.

I have so much love for the wonderful Simon's Town! When most people visit Cape Town, they don't always make the time to explore Simon's Town and surrounds. I was in Cape Town a few weeks ago and I drove the roughly 40km from the city centre because this place holds a sentimental place in my heart! These four pictures I took will hopefully give you a glimpse into the beauty of Simon's Town alongside a bit more info from me. ✅ Simon's Town is the residence of the South African navy and steeped in nautical history - its cobbled streets come alive with restored cottages and homes, whilst the main road is an assortment of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. ✅ Simon’s Town’s historical mile, St George’s Street, has 21 buildings over 150 years’ old and includes a local museum, the navy museum and a toy museum. ✅ "Just Nuisance" is the world famous dog who was awarded the title of Able Seaman in the Royal Navy. A life size bronze statue of this legendary Great Dane stands proud in Jubilee Square in front of the hotel. ✅ Boulders Beach is home to an African penguin colony but I actually snapped the picture of them on Seaforth Beach. I could tell you so much more but you have to go visit for yourself ❤️
