We never thought that we could get most of our functions digitised being in the fashion space. A lot of traditional frames were shed and perceptions at the top changed. Meaning of the word 'Trust' is what we all learnt. As no one was monitoring or being on our throat to deliver.

A4 #couragetochange It was like 'horses for courses'. Some like Aquil said, played only safe ( read save cost) and they perished (have a personal knowleghe of a few such cases). Others saw an opportunity and did better than the normal times. Leadership galvanized the workforce
