Delicious meal in #pickle last night @sunilkitchen everything was perfect. Great atmosphere, prawn starter as well as lamb chops - 😋 yum; followed by butter chicken, rice and goat curry with a selection of breads / what a delicious way to spend an evening. Highly recommend

In 1890s Mumbai, Mahadeo Havaji Bachche started a lunch delivery service with 100 men. The lunchboxes they delivered (called Tiffins) were carried by bicycle and train to offices and schools throughout the cities of India

Many of my dishes are inspired by authentic dishes I have tried in India over the years 🌶 During July 2021, I visited a place called Shimla. Here you'll find the most delicious fried potato cakes. This is my most favourite dish and the most famous street food in northern India🙌
