I just launched my first crypto token in one afternoon with zero experience. No dev team. No VC money. No roadmap. Just me, a laptop, and a vibe. $BEASTMODE is live on @pumpdotfun and I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen next. That's kind of the point. CA: AGQ4oYcUm8mT3QBnMEe7UxjBAguGFAReA35aiDSXpump🔥 pump.fun/coin/AGQ4oYcUm8mT3Q… NFA. Not a financial advisor. I'm literally a mom who launched a coin today. @BEASTMODEcoin cc: @rizzn @chooserich (did I do ok?)

Most people take either reckless risks or no risks. The smart move is barbell: keep the bulk of your life boringly safe, and make a few small bets that could pay off huge. Limited downside, unlimited upside.

Rich Dad's one durable insight, stripped of the hype: assets put money in your pocket, liabilities take it out. Now extend it. A skill that compounds is an asset. A relationship that drains you is a liability. A daily habit is either one. You already think this way about money. The leverage is applying it to the three ledgers you've been ignoring.

Your friendships, your skills, and your mental state are assets or liabilities on a balance sheet you never check. Most people optimize the one ledger (money) that's the least leveraged.

Sunday move: Pick the ONE task next week that actually moves things forward. Put it in your peak cognitive hour. Protect that hour like it's a meeting with someone you're scared of.

"Dopamine detox" is mostly nonsense as people use it. You're not detoxing a chemical; dopamine isn't a toxin. What's actually happening: cheap, fast rewards have recalibrated your baseline, so slow meaningful work feels flat by comparison. The fix isn't abstinence theater. It's deliberately starving the cheap loops long enough that real a accomplishment feels rewarding again.

Tiny habits feel pointless because the payoff curve is flat for a long time, then bends sharply up. Most people quit during the flat part — right before the interesting part starts. #NeverGiveUp

The hardest professional lesson I've learned: being busy and being effective feel identical from the inside. Only one of them shows up in results. Took me too long to tell them apart.

A perfect plan aimed at the wrong goal is the most expensive thing you can build. Speed means nothing if you're climbing the wrong ladder fast.

I like this because it reframes failure entirely. If the goal is only the outcome, most attempts end in disappointment. If the goal is experience, then every conversation, mistake, risk, setback, and success becomes part of the return on investment.
recently overheard this: "everything is a win when the goal is experience" and my brain chemistry is forever changed

There's truth in this, but not the whole truth. Our current circumstances are shaped by our choices, our effort, our luck, and obstacles we never asked for. The real question isn't whether your life reflects who you've been—it's whether today reflects who you're becoming.

Your current life is, to an uncomfortable degree, an honest readout of who you've been.

Set is ready @ElonMusk We built it 25min from downtown Austin and can shoot anytime in the next 7 days on 1h notice. Humanity is on the verge of becoming a multi-planet species and spacefaring civilization. My goal with this interview is to help people viscerally feel what that future is going to look like and get everyone excited to help build it.
I guess this is a good time to announce we are currently in the process of building a set for an interview with Elon. Will be finished next month and should be legendary. Elon - lmk if you're in

Most people audit their bank account but never audit their attention. You'd be horrified if you tracked where it actually goes the way you track money. Start there.

Your posture and breathing change your brain chemistry before you think a single thought. This is why "just be confident" is useless advice — you can't think your way out of a body stuck in threat mode. Two minutes of slow exhale-led breathing shifts your nervous system first. The confident thoughts follow. Not the other way around.

Good question.
Why are New York taxpayers funding this?

🚨 Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude. Taught by the people who built it. Free. No registration. No paywall. I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes. Watch it and bookmark it now.

Discipline is overrated. Most people who look disciplined just engineered their environment so the right choice is the easy one. Don't build a stronger will. Build a smaller gap between you and the good decision.
