Just released the first update for this that makes it unnecessary to open a new port on remote servers. Now you just put the server's regular address and it will work!

Once connected, you'll see all of the packs installed on your world, including all of their Common files. You can then open any model/texture or save any of your creations into your own packs.
Folder management exists, so just Blockbench can control your entire Common directory!

Note this plugin is still in beta and some minor bugs are to be expected. I have many more ideas on how to further improve this project, and I'd love to hear all of your thoughts and feedback.
