Starrydata is our open database project for materials informatics that I founded in 2015. starrydata.nims.go.jp With many collaborators including researchers, engineers, data curators and industry, we have collected over 200,000 experimental plot curves from 50,000 figures and 80,000 samples from 10,000 papers on functional materials including thermoelectric and magnetic materials. The data can be added and modified by any registered users. The whole dataset can be bulk-downloaded from the Google Drive linked from the menu bar of the web system. We distribute our dataset under CC-BY-4.0 license. We have developed several interactive data visualizers and data extraction tools for free. Any contributors developing new tools using our dataset are welcome, regardless of the openness.
