My headteacher sometimes (quite often)isn’t in school and nobody says where he is. We had 8 staff off last week in a small school and he still wasn’t in. Feels a bit odd?

Teachers got their pay rise of 5.5 today. As they should. I’ve had a pay freeze for 8 years. I am happy for me. But not happy for TAs in school. When I daily see the lengths they go to, I rage for them. They deserve a HUGE pay rise. Particularly those who 1:1 children.

Hi @premierinn . . . shall I tell you what isn't relaxing? Getting home from your hotels to 4 #Parkmaven £100 parking fines when you've paid, stayed, and registered your vehicle. I take photos of the validation screen because I know what thieves this lot are. Do something please.
