@IKEAUKSupport I've had a terrible experience buying a sofa and shelf unit from you. Instore assistant ordered the wrong fabric type for us, which was painful to change. Shelf unit which was supposed to be delivered at the same time still hasn't arrived. /1
@IKEAUKSupport /2 Can't call as the call centre is busy or shut down. Guy who delivered it said it wasn't his problem and just left without giving me a chance to make sure the right sofa was delivered. Absolute shambles of an experience.
@IKEAUKSupport /3 Am I being forced to drive all the way back to the store *again* because the person who tried helping me out had no idea what they were doing? I had to ask 6 times for a receipt of the change. A support case number is of no use when @IKEAUK are not taking calls!
Ffs, 30 minutes late in to Glasgow and I miss the last 5 trains home. £40 taxi to get there. Train mgr couldn't be bothered giving us any info. Thanks @VirginTrains
.@curryspcworld your Goji "truly wireless" headphones are a complete and utter waste of money. They can't hold a charge and I can never use them. Only a month or so old too. Avoid these headphones like the plague.
