Worth noting that Doina's other "crime", though not explicitly invoked, was leading a council that was a beacon of succesful red/green co-operation, with council homes built & insulated. Starmers move imploded coalition, Labour cllrs resigned, regained a few but greens now lead.

The thing is today’s Night of the Long Knives is just the final act. The whole selection process has been rigged, the trade unions allowed the Starmerites to use a loophole to exclude dozens of trade unionists whose union backing should’ve placed them automatically on shortlists.

You'd think @BBCR4Today would have Diane Abbott on daily to discuss the racism in Starmer's Labour. A bit like Margaret Hodge was able to opine almost daily in 2016-2019. Are the BBC operating a hierarchy of racism too?

In 2016, Corbyn asked Shami Chakrabarti to write a report on antisemitism in the Labour Party. He then implemented all her recommendations.
In 2020, Starmer asked Martin Forde to write a report on the vile behaviour of Blairite staff at Labour HQ. And then completely ignored it.
