At #COP29, #UNDPinPakistan Resident Representative @samuelrizk in a video message commended Pakistan as the first Asian country to access support from @theGlobalShield to address the #financialprotection gap through pre-arranged finance. Pakistan's #CDRFI support request was officially handed over by @ClimateChangePk, reaffirming commitment to strengthen financial & technical capacity for safeguarding livelihoods, crops, and infrastructure in high-risk areas.
