IMAGINE YOUR NEIGBOUR RAPING YOUR GIRL? I have been seeing this slightly aged man (a gateman) at a residence I frequently visit showing up at work looking so disturbed and bothered. He's always isolated and unhappy. I decided to engage him, and here is his sad story: In 2023, in Kawangware, a Form 3 student is sexually assaulted and raped by a neighbor. The man, let's call him "PETER" for now, who is the victim's father, reported that incident to Muthangari Police Station, where an OB number was issued. A medical examination at Nairobi Women's Hospital confirmed that his daughter had been subjected to sexual activity multiple times and was three months pregnant. Following the examination, the hospital advised the father to return to the police station to facilitate the arrest of the suspect. Witnesses, including other neighbors, testified that the suspect had been frequently seen with the school-going girl, often after her father had left for his works. On several occasions, the suspect (a man in his 50s) took the daughter out of school for sexual encounters. The crime office at Muthangari Police Station requested the father to bring witnesses to record further statements, which was done. Now here is where the story is: While the "investigation" was underway, the suspect, a man in his 50s, vacated his house and reportedly fled to Busia. After fleeing, the suspect's wife, allegedly leveraging a connection to a relative officer at the Muthangari police station, initiated a counter-narrative. She accused the victim's father of breaking into her vacated house and stealing properties. In an attempt to defeat justice, this accusation was the basis of the father's arrest and detention on charges of robbery, effectively turning him from a complainant into a suspect. The rape suspect's wife apparently claimed that her husband (the suspect) had returned to the rural area, and during his absence, the victim's father, "Mr. Peter," allegedly broke into their house and stole property. However, evidence suggests that the suspect had vacated the house to evade arrest for the sexual assault charges on the final day he was caught with the girl. This came after he had picked the girl out of school as a neighbor and lied to the school that the child's house was burning and she needed to be there. Unknown to the school the man was taking the girl to his house for sexual encounters. Afterwards, the headmaster called the father to confirm if their house was burning, and, to their shock, no house was burning, and accompanied by the headmaster, they went only to find the suspect with the uniformed girl in his house, and he overwhelmed them to escape. Despite the apparent fabrication of the robbery charges, the victim's father was charged with robbery and arraigned at Kibera Law Courts, with officers turning blind to his reported case of rape and sexual assault of his daughter. The investigator, reportedly aware of the false nature of the accusations, requested additional time for investigation. The father was held in remand prison for three years, from 2023 until October 2025. The case hearing was continued, and he was eventually set free after his former employer, a security guard company, intervened and the matter of the child's rape was brought to the attention of the magistrate. During his incarceration, the father of the girl was unlawfully dismissed from his job due to his prolonged absence, a matter that remains unresolved. Now, during all this period from 2023, the underage victim girl gave birth and was forced to discontinue her high school education in Form 3 around 2023. The sired child is now aged, and the alleged perpetrator of the sexual assault remains at large three years after the initial report. The father, "PETER," is currently out on remand with uncertainty about the robbery case but reportedly faces ongoing threats from officers influenced by the suspect's wife, who is allegedly related to one of the initial investigating officers at Muthangari Police Station. The prolonged detention of the victim's father on false charges was ORCHESTRATED to help the primary suspect evade justice. The victim girl has never gone back to complete her high school education since the father, a slightly aged man, cannot manage raising the school fees since he's getting very little as a gate man and was in prison wrongfully for 3 years This man really needs help since he's vulnerable and poor ; justice seems to be running away from him. He's defeated but justice can never be defeated. I wish to bring this matter to the attention of @DCI_Kenya , @NPSOfficial_KE , and the Ministry of Interior (through @kipmurkomen) to intervene and ensure that justice is served for Mr. "Peter" and his daughter. The officers at Muthangari Police Station, particularly those in the crime office, should be held accountable for their alleged complicity in denying justice to a raped and impregnated teenager by wrongfully incarcerating her father. I have withheld a lot of information due to the nature of the case. In my interaction with the man, he looked helpless and defeated, and my conversation with him ignited some hope that justice can be found. I assured him that justice will be served. Lawyers and human rights groups willing to take on the matter can reach out for details.

The fallacy with Obinna and something disappointing about his handling of boxers is making it seem like he's rescuing the boxers and it's only them who stand to benefit from him, while in reality he depends on the boxers. Tying them into exploitative contracts is pure greed! He has zero interest in growing any boxing sport but is rather attracted to the monetization part of what he is doing. That is the sad part. For Majembe, who to me appears to be a sporty boxer and not a showbiz boxer, he wants something formidable that can spiral his boxing career away from that Obinna dependency cycle he's trying to create. I am really pleased that Majembe has a young manager who's already shown his capability against exploitation of his client! How can an event organizer earn more than a winning boxer ?

On Friday evening, a few minutes to 6pm, Al-Shabab militias armed with RPGs and PKM machine guns launched a coordinated complex attack on the Special Operations Group (SOG) Fino camp in Mandera. The ambush sustained a gunfire exchange of 25 minutes, with SOG operators managing to repulse the enemy with only 3 injuries recorded. This is a second attempt to overrun an SOG camp in 2 weeks. Context: The Fino SOG camp is located in Fino Ward, Lafey Sub-County, Mandera County, and is prone to such attacks because it is positioned directly near the porous Kenya-Somalia border. The camp is a tactical base for elite police units deployed specifically for the SOG unit of the @APKenya. Their core function is counter-terrorism operations and border patrol operations against Al-Shabab infiltration.

Proud of the SOG operators deployed in the Northeastern. Al-Shabab has been attempting a major attack, but our combined boys there are taking none of it!

Then ACA is just fence-sitting so that they can intimidate the underdog without seeming to take action. The authority should use only 2 paragraphs to set records straight, not a long statement with zero content.
Replying to @the_sambu
This makes sense the most. They don't want to address the thing directly because they all use under water submarines to import stuff. So deep that KRA radars can't detect them lol

Business moguls in Eastleigh vs. Shiquo Hii style. Forget the ACA statements. I have established that there has been a behind-the-scenes supremacy business war and an orchestration to push Shiquo out of business. The existing rivalry birthed by, among other things, the fact that Shiquo has been directly helping retailers import goods from China & other sources directly against the existing tradition where retailers import and buy from the Moguls' dealerships.

Shiquo Hii style seems to have laid a trap for Anti counterfeit Authority in what now appears to be supremacy business wars engineered through ACA. Indeed her shop was not raided ,but accuses cartels of ganging up to frustrate her operations. Why did ACA issue a statement then?

Someone DMs asking for food money. You decline sending money & instead offer to buy them a few sustainable foodstuffs. Immediately the food request turns into a sexual appeal & offer of horizontal engineering. A lot of these female begging handles are run by men. haha

It's interesting that this video depicts the character and operational nature of how the two KDF forces operate. One applied extreme force and sustained power, while the other deployed less power & high presicion technique!

In May 2025, NIS director general Nordin Haji, while appearing before a parliamentary committee on defense and intelligence, aggressively asked for more funding for the security sector. Thread🧵 Haji expressed frustrations on how the sector was still underfunded and no meaningful reforms or modernization would actually work with the old budget. One year later, the response to that is a 2026 increased funding that is expected to support ongoing security reforms, modernization programs, and efforts to enhance public safety across the country. The budget allocated to national security is huge. The government has put weight on defense and intelligence. Out of the Ksh 567B share , defense is allocated Ksh 252B, while NIS got Ksh 64B. The total budget amounts to about Ksh591B. With an additional KSh 21 billion for targeted security-sector interventions & modernization & the KSh 3.9 billion set for village elders' stipends, the total budget shoots to a staggering KSh 591.9 billion. This is an increase of Sh127 billion from the Sh464.9 billion allocated in the 2025-2026 budget. Part of the budgeting is the Sh3.9 billion for stipends to village elders. First time that the informal administrative officers have been formally integrated into the national budget. The target on village elders is key in the security reorganization. While the government targets motivated administrative officers, the NIS sees the village elders' support as a key component of the intelligence community in terms of intelligence gathering and more lowered community-level security support. The grassroots intelligence community is key to the collective national security over months. If you've listened to every time NIS DG Nordin Haji speaks, the intention is a focus on grassroots intelligence, which explains the huge budgets. The Interior Ministry approximates 110,000 village elders. Under the program, each village elder will receive a monthly stipend of Sh3,000. Though informal, the stipend seeks to formally recognize village elders. In the last 3 years we've had a rise in spending on national security. For context, in the 2025/26 financial year, the government allocated Sh464.9 billion. The 2024 budget gave Sh377.5 billion after a rejection of the year's financial bill. The 2025/26 allocations breakdown was: Sh202.3 billion - Defense, Sh125.7 billion - National Police Service, Sh51.4 billion—National Intelligence Service Sh32.5 billion - Internal Security Sh38.1 billion - Prison Services. Significantly, this year's massive budget seems to have factored in the next coming months in which they will be in a political period ahead of the 2027 polls. The defense ministry's 252 billion is more on modernizing and equipping the KDF against the evolving nature of military works. This entire massive funding is to focus on increased intelligence gathering, border security, and internal security operations with key pillars on defense, intelligence, and homeland security. The creation of the Nairobi Metropolitan Police Unit (NMPU) will eat into the security funds hugely on its establishment, operationalization, and equipping. The unit is expected to begin operations by July and will focus on smart policing, visible patrols, and mandatory body cameras for officers. Photo/SOG operators/NFD

Shiquo Hii style might have been auctioned and not an anti-counterfeit purge as was peddled. She was never clear on who exactly cleared her shoe shop but rather left a speculation gap. No such raid that happened even from some DCI officers knowledge.

GSU moved away from being the face of anti-riot; the unit is now central to Kenya's internal security structure. Whenever you see changes within GSU command, know that those are high-profile changes, not just mere reshuffles! The new commandant, Yohana Tonui, had been seconded to KWS and was in charge of wildlife security. Ask yourself why. He's now recalled back & put at the helm of GSU. Both the current IG & DIG are immediate GSU commandants.
