“There are many things I've learned by doing that others already had frameworks for. Take pricing, for instance. Economists have some simple and elegant rules for pricing built on unit economics. I was handed a decision tree in econ class that summarized something that took me way too long to learn on the ground.
So my learning is that if something feels hard, ask an expert. There's probably a framework that will simplify your life and save you a headache”
