Has his back to the play, eyes off the footy, extremely passive, opponent switched on and intercept marks.
LMac’s doesn’t do anyone any favours but Cooper can do better.

Also, the notion of state representatives is an absurdity. There shouldn’t be any biases when selecting the team.
