I made a variation of corn chowder, and it was👌🏾. I used leftover mashed potatoes to thicken it for my gf friends, crushed some chips on top for crunch—so good. Dinner under 20.🤌🏾

in other news: i blitzed some graham crackers, and folded them into some sugar cookie dough to make key lime cheesecake bars—will report back tomorrow. yes, there’s malted milk involved—have you met me? 😌🤌🏾

UPDATE: It’s JEZEBEL SAUCE. What a name.😭 It’s pineapple preserves, apple jelly, horseradish, ground mustard, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
It’s not my favorite thing but I left it as is so the client could have their nostalgia.😌📝👌🏾
