Still struggling today. Found out the reason I can't make habits and routines is I have a headmate purposefully derailing my ability to create them. Why does this one hate me/us so much? What have I done/said to create a bully in my own head that bullies me? wtf.

Struggling with not being able to relax after my mom kept touching my arm this morning. She refuses to stop violating my boundaries. It wasn’t just once it was like five times and once she kept her hand on me for more than 30 sec. I froze. I’ve been dissociated all day.

Oh yeah I just LOVE feeling trapped and immobile and helpless in bed says almost nobody ever. That's triggering me and I'm not even in bed rn. I get needing something to hug and put between your knees but the straight jacket situation has to go.

I love that there are people out here who are scared to take antihistamines meanwhile my MCAS doc is like “eh, you can take up to 6 Allegra and 120mg of famotidine a day” during a flare if you’re maxed out on your sedating antihistamines (ketotifen, Cyproheptadine, Benadryl).

I can't sleep because my eldest daughter fever is almost 39.7😥 I gave her paracetamol earlier, but it didn't seem to work. So now I'm wiping her off with a towel. Is there anything else I can do to bring down a child's fever?

how many children suffer because of ignorant doctors saying shit like this, and parents believe them instead of the illness they SEE in their child? i know I did.
Where’s the ‘best #gaslighting examples’ thread when I need it? Paediatrician told us kiddo’s ongoing nausea, vomiting & diarrhoea was anxiety & school avoidance. Turns out they have a parasite 😱. (Tests eventually ordered by GP not paediatrician!)
