First @Airbnb almost left me w/out a place to stay overnight in SF, now their phone system is calling me every 5min and hanging up. Amazing.

Since my CC is maxed w/the @Airbnb charge, getting a pricey SF hotel isn't easy. "We can credit your Airbnb acct, but nowhere is available."

I was told by a support manager at @Airbnb that with a no-show host I was on my own to find a hotel, it'd be weeks before I got a refund.
