Every breakthrough followed the same pattern:
Try. Fall. Learn something you couldn't learn any other way.
No amount of tutorials replaces the first fall. No amount of case studies replaces a failed launch. No amount of networking replaces a cold pitch that gets ignored.
The real learning starts the moment you stop preparing and start moving.

Most developers in Japan don’t have time to read up on AI.
The most they know about is a forced subscription of Copilot that failed to work for them so they thinks its a fad.
