@AUH you (and your @rta_dubai counterparts) really need to figure out your Capital Express bus service connecting Abu Dhabi Airport with Dhabi; it’s ridiculous that people have to stand in line for ages since tickets for a particular hour are given only an hour before it. 1/4

@AUH btw, yes, online tickets are available—yet, people who purchase even them are not assured of a seat unless they stand in these long lines and hope for luck to shine on them, thereby making the whole digital premise moot
