Well the river stopped moving, well the ice stopped! The Peace River is officially froze over this morning at our house.

I am continually surprised by how many know so little about what the “job to be done” is. And more, happy to stay that way.
Knowing the “job to be done” ensures you are effectively delivering utility to your customers ( evolving your product correctly) and also ensures you know who your competitors are...

Is that good or bad?
It’s now official. Ottawa just had its hottest July on record. The mean temp was 24°, the highest since records started in 1938 at the airport. The average high was an astonishing 30.5°! Rainfall came in at 54mm, but amounts varied across the city. #ottnews #ottweather
