Brilliant ideas to kick off #OTWeek22 thinking about simple, every day ideas #OTHacks to prevent falls. Trying to get people to prepare their bodies before walking, wiggling toes, plan your moves, count to 5 on standing up can also help!

-Poor lighting
- Deterioration of eyesight
- not eating and drinking enough
- Not wearing appropriate shoes
