Hey Jace, sorry to hear there’s some scrambling going on. I think there’s confusion on what the protocol is. Faceit only reserves passes for top 16 elite. Many times, those teams don’t use their reservation by deadline since they’re able to purchase through public sale. After that initial deadline, those reserved tickets get offered to the next teams in the elite until they run out. This Open, there weren’t many leftovers which is why some teams, understandably, may believe nothing has been reserved for them, when in reality only the top 16 are explicitly accounted for. Hopefully this sets expectations for the future. But setting that policy aside, ticket availability seemed pretty good this Open tbh. The reason I say that is the deadline for Elite teams to purchase reserved passes was 6/1. Even after reservation expiry, public passes didn’t sell out for an additional week. Usually we sell out in a day - but this time any team, reserved or not, could have gotten passes. Unfortunately at this point we are sold out.
