The Manitoba govt opposed Rapid tests simply because Pallister didn’t like the fact they came from Justin Trudeau’s government.
The PCs repeated Pallister’s mistakes on rapid tests for far too long.
Now Manitobans are feeling the impact of that arbitrary choice
