Has anyone ever had a technical issue on @Etsy which has went unresolved for 20 days?
I can't access my site and the email support is telling me "The time it takes to resolve technical issues can vary depending on the complexity and the number of cases being handled. "

@Target - my wife ordered new glasses from your SW Cedar Rapids, IA store 12/27. We have called the store, the optical dept was temp closed, called and emailed corporate...all #failed. @AskTarget what do we need to do, to get the glasses we've already paid for?
