For me one of the highlights of @sequoia Base Camp was a session on velocity led by @tomk_. Tom was at @amazon for 16 years and helped lead some of their infrastructure and distributed systems efforts. He now serves on a few boards including @CapitalOne and @CarbonBlack_Inc
