would love to hear an @EdwinMoses999 take on the @kwarholm and @_Kingben_ race. Moses was a pioneer of the 400mH, has the background for a credible analysis, and most (if not all) conditions are equal (Current Puma/Nike sprint spikes are probably better than 1980's Adidas spikes)

I think schools should teach more about preparing us for the future (taxes, budgets, trades, fin literacy , real estate etc) than teaching about old history, geometry etc 🤷♂️

SO SO PROUD of this group of men. Coming into this season with a goal of contending for the State Title. They have taken hold of the process, and consistently strived to become the best versions of themselves. Couldn’t have asked for more. Kudos to San Elizario for a the dub.

CONGRATS to the Melissa HS Boys on their Runner-Up Finish at the Texas 4A Championships. They TIED with San Elizario (57-57) and it came down to the 6th man. So proud of these young men and what they have accomplished. @TXMileSplit @trackboy_kyle
