As you go to bed tonight say a little prayer for @bbmhlanga . He is spending the night in Harare Central Police detention charged with “Transmission of data message inciting violence or damage to property.” He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow morning at 9am. Dhara’s is being punished for doing his legitimate and lawful duties as a journalist. The state is weaponizing the law and state institutions to silence press freedom and freedom of speech. This reprehensible conduct is the hallmark of dictatorships. #JournalismIsNotACrime

I am happy to have contributed to this publication. My article delves into the specifics of ecological feminism and its contribution to environmental ethics.Feminist theories are diverse, but they all agree that male dominance is the root of women's oppression.

You blacks are being treated like dogs by the Chinese & they raping & pillaging all your resources. No different to how it started with the colonialists' whites. If you don't sort this shit out now, you'd end up facing some serious challenges in the foreseeable future. Sort it out! Regards JAHMAN 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

The denial of bail to 79 opposition activists by the Harare magistrate court, violates both domestic and international human rights standards. Section 50(1)(d) of the Zimbabwean Constitution guarantees the right to bail. International standards, like Article 9(3) of the ICCPR, also upholds and protects this right. This denial of bail is a clear indication of weaponisation of the judiciary to silence dissenting voices. Mnangagwa regime must respect constitutional and international obligations, uphold the rule of law, and ensure fair justice.
