This is what happens when extreme abortion bans are put into effect. Women like Amanda are left in life-threatening situations that could have otherwise been prevented. Congressional Republicans are still pushing for a national ban on abortion.

I can’t stop crying. I’m glad these men were found guilty of murder. However, I still feel sad and heavy bc the truth is Ahmaud Arbery is DEAD because of long standing white supremacy that goes unchecked by many in America, it feeds on racism and continues to thrive in the U.S.

Today, Ahmaud Arbery’s killers were named guilty for his murder.
Only a few years ago, it would have been difficult to even take cases like this to trial. But, while this verdict is a step toward accountability, justice would be Ahmaud Arbery alive and well today.

This #JusticeForAhmaud came from people speaking out & showing up. Remember we went 74 days without an arrest; this was never inevitable. Gratitude to all. To the runners, the #BLM activists, the preachers, the local citizens, all who said that his life mattered.
