@AlaskaAir Help me understand, for being a great customer, I can get a "first class upgrade" for $504 or just pay for first class @ $378. How is that a benefit for loyal customers?

@AlaskaAir why is the information on the app so terrible when there are delays. Air Group treat yourself to a flight on @Delta for a better experience. Delays suck; better info helps reduce guest frustration - better for fliers and your employees that have to deal with us all.

@SeattleParks at @BvueParks downtown park this morning. Watered and mowed lawns, no graffiti, no tents, etc. I wish we had this in Seattle.

Called my local @Walgreens three times today. I have a refill that seems to be such some infinite approval loop. I am sure a quick call will resolve the issue. Right?

Wrong, each time I called (using the number in the @Walgreens app) I had long wait times. On two other occasions I had to give up. Tonight I called. I waited for 58 minutes then the store closed. Did they close the store and leave me on hold?

Flight delays suck especially when you miss your connection. Thanks to @AlaskaAir text support (Kelsey in Boise) and SFO Gate (Greg) for quickly getting me and my bag to a new flight on a different airline tonight!
