Something i’ve noticed/learned over the years: A tell tale sign that you need deceleration work is if you can’t stick a broad jump, or repeat broad jumps. Often times the guys that CAN’T stick a broad jump, or stick multiple broad jumps, also can’t cut and stop properly.
