Hypothetically, if you were Phil and you'd (hypothetically) done what you're accused of, you'd probably (hypothetically) want to pay off your accuser with bag of cash tied to an NDA, so your lawyer could go on TV and call the accusations defamatory, so the situation devolves into a he-said she-said, to (hypothetically, obviously) try to maintain enough plausible deniability to remain employable by your sponsors.
