Yeah, not going to waste 45 minutes of my life reading 350 large print pages describing airplane parts in pornographic detail. There's this thing called "literature," might want to look into it...

So sit on a lameass Nintendo and spin around. You couldn't read a Tom Clancy or W.E.B. Griffin novel if your life depended on it. Go stare at your screen while Daddy Pete reloads .308.

George Santos just left Tim Burchett’s office with a baby in his arms. When asked if it was his baby, he said “not yet.”

This doesn't seem right, I've never heard of "Nikolai" and don't see any results like that if I search "children's clothes." I get shopping results and relevant ads and a bunch of different stores that sell children's clothing, which is what I would expect

IME Google results have been better and worse over the years, especially for niche queries, in an arms race with SEO and content mills. I'm sure there is some tension with ads, but in general their incentives align with users': if you never find what you want, you stop searching

Really enjoying watching TNG on streaming: there will be an ad break with just the same regional car dealer ad literally three times in a row, which, if it does not replicate the experience of watching it in syndication, is faithful to the spirit of that experience

I even tend to watch one episode a night at 10pm, it is muscle memory at this point. Might start following it up with an episode of M*A*S*H

I think if you read that piece and ask 1) who the intended reader is, and 2) what she is trying to persuade them of, you will see what I mean. What would be the outcome in the world if her argument were 100% convincing to all of the people she was trying to reach?

And I do think many critics have responded to what they have heard about Breunig's beliefs, rather than evaluated what she has tried to accomplish in her work
