Interestingly, according to the piece, the Dutch Intelligence Oversight Body (CTIVD) held a roundtable on this topic. "Although itself cannot act, as it is only charged with overseeing MIVD/AIVD", it sure initiated an important discussion which may inspire others to do the same.
