Well, if it isn’t one of my least favorite tasks! I love the quality of these rose petals but the labor is pesky. I need to separate the buds & petals from the hips, sepals, and stems. Those don’t make delicious raspberry rose rosé jam so they gotta go! At least it smells lovely

Would you look at that! I cracked 2K followers on Instagram! I don’t really pay much attention to followers on a regular basis. But seeing I have 2K people (probably more like 1K people & 1k bots/diet tea sales accounts) following little ole me, is pretty cool.

I run a batch of hot okra every time I am in the kitchen these days and I’m not mad about it. I think they’re fantastic for grilling season. Whether you enjoy them alongside your burgers or next to your hot dogs or brats, or in a Bloody Mary, these spicy are sure to please!

My golden child, literally and figuratively. What can I say about this apricot almond jam that I haven’t already said? She’s sweet but not too sweet, luscious, and warm with a fun textural component thanks to the toasted almonds. Swoon!
